The large, flat surface provides maximum cooking area to accommodate several servings. The hard anodized aluminum exterior offers even heating with superior heat retention. Slender lip contains liquids but allows easy access with a spatula.

I decided to add to my Unison cookware, so I purchsed the Unison Nonstick 12" Round Griddle. I made my favorite buttermilk blueberry pancakes. The griddle cooked them even to a golden brown, and cleanup was quick and easy. I will buy more for Christmas gifts. I also purchased the waffle maker, I plan on using it Thanksgiving morning.

I've had my griddle and grill pan set for 2 years now and have used it frequently. Still looks brand new, cooks perfectly and still easy to clean. I'd rate this product a must buy for anyone who cooks (novice to professional)!

The non-stick stopped working altogether within a week. No, we did not use metal utensils, nor plastic, only soft silicone touched the surface. Nor did we immerse the hot pan in water. Nope, didn't clean it with a scrub pad or anything. And no, we didn't turn the heat very high. This, and all my other Unison pans, just lost their non-stick immediately.
We have cheap, Walmart pans with non-stick that works. Why not on these much more expensive pans?

We love to use the Unison nonstick 12" griddle for French toast because you can easily cook two pieces at the same time. It's also perfect for making eggs. Nothing ever sticks. We love the look; it's beautiful, yet so versatile.

This griddle is great for pancakes, french toast, or grilled cheese sandwiches. Make sure you have heated the pan for at least 5 to 10 minutes before using to get the most out of the non-stick surface.

My husband LOVES this pan! he always leaves a mess in the pans & waits to long to clean them up & then food sticks & doesn't come off. You don't have to worry with these - food just slips right off!

I have other Calphalon pans but this pan has been *the best* for browning...EVER. No more "a little brown here" and "a little brown there"...unless your food is uneven (like mine sometimes is ;) The heating is so even. Also, the size is excellent!
My only "But" is...in a short period of time, I'm starting to see scratches in the cooking surface...and I'm using Calphalon brand utensils for non-stick pans. Hopefully it was just an overzealous flip and won't be a continuing trend.

As per the package recommendations, I initially seasoned the pan and haven't used any aerosol cooking sprays and most foods slide right off the pan. Over four weeks I've made eggs (scrambled and over easy), pancakes, quesedillas, grilled sandwiches, refried beans, tacos, bacon and browned ground beef. I've also seared off salmon and pork loin and finished the dish off putting the pan right into the oven. Very easy to use and clean. After cooling the pan, you can even take a damp paper towel and just wipe it out. I haven't put the pan in the dish washer although the product info says it's dish washer safe.
I really loved making quesedillas in this pan, even the melted cheese added a nice crisp edge to the tortilla with just a swirl of the pan - no spatula needed. I flip the quesedilla in the pan and slide it directly on the plate when done.
One thing I've noticed is that pan doesn't sit flat on my ceramic cooking surface and therefore doesn't heat completely evenly as noticable when making eggs or pancakes, etc. The 12" size also tends to crowd the stove if you're cooking with other pots at the same time.
All in all a nice pan.

I do a meal assembly program, so I'm often trying to broil or grill 6 chicken breasts at once to prepare the meal. This large pan is the perfect size for doing that, plus quickly heating any sauce that goes with the recipe. It also cleans up quickly.

I especially LOVE this pan for making homemade tortillas with no oil except what is in the dough! They do not stick and they flip really easily. Everything we've made in this pan cooks really well and another great feature is how cool the handles of these pans stay while cooking with them.

I received this griddle and was a little skeptical because I don't usually use non-stick cookware. It doesn't usually perform as well as my cast iron pans. However, I tried this one out and I love it! It is perfect for anything you would usually put on the electric griddle such as pancakes, hash browns, eggs, etc, plus it is great for things like quesadillas and grilled cheese too. It heats just as evenly as my cast iron pans PLUS it is dishwasher safe! The griddle has such a low profile that it takes up only slightly more space than a dinner plate and tossing it in the dishwasher instead of hand washing is a real time saver. I highly recommend it!

I recently received the round griddle and immediately tried out my family's Swedish Pancakes recipe. Perfect! The pan made a nice large pancake, and I loved the low sides to make it easier to flip. It's wonderful to be able to put the pan in the dishwasher if I want, although it didn't really need any more than a wipe from a towel to get it clean afterward.

I adore these pans. The 12" griddle proved flawless both for buckwheat crepes for entertaining Saturday night and a Sunday morning egg white frittata from the oven that, had I made it in my previous so-called "non-stick" pan, said pan would have required soaking all afternoon. Risotto was a dream. The 12" grill pan was awesome for panini and seared tuna, and allowed perfect browning.The nonstick is incredible, the heft of the pans and their heat distribution/retention lets me use finesse techniques I couldn't begin to attempt with lesser cookware. A definite must-purchase.

Love this Pan - with 4 little kids it's hard to get out so we've been investing in good cookware and bringing fine dining in. We made an amazing Easter brunch with this and the 12 inch grill pan. The pan is solid, yet light and the no stick/slide made it easy and fun. The pan was big enough so we could make enough scrambled eggs for the tribe, then of course we had to play around with it flipping pancakes, made an omelette for two - perfection. The best part was clean up - no soak and no scrub. Love it.

The round griddle is a great companion piece to lend additional versatility to my kitchen. Its worked great for quick grilled cheese or toasted wraps for lunches.
The handle stays cool, but it seems too long. I know its dishwasher safe, but I habitually just put it in the sink and give a quick wash, but it won't lie flat b/c of the long handle. Old "no dishwasher" habits for nonstick cookware die hard :)

I have used this pan for everything from sauteing mushrooms to searing scallops. Heat was evenly distributed (and I have a pretty high BTU stovetop) and the large surface area made it nice when cooking a large quantity of food. The sides are a little shallow and not sloped but I prefer this it easy to push food over the sides when you are sauteing otherwise. Cleanup was a breeze - I barely needed soap. I did not get a chance to transfer to oven but the riveted handle would allow that if needed. Recommend!

Browns nicely, and non-stick works great. I used this for a kind of breakfast tortilla, made with fried potato slices, eggs, and cooked chopped vegetables, sundried tomatoes, and cheese. Check out the photos!
Warning: The handle is really long, so the pan takes up the entire oven, on a diagonal. Also, the griddle does not have a lid, which may be ok, since it's sold as a griddle and not a fry pan.

I like this pan, it heats evenly and cooks well. I love that it's nonstick and oven safe up to 500 degrees. However, I have a electric glass/ceramic stove top (flat-top) and this pan is not completly flat on the bottom. The pan moves around and shakes. As my husband likes to say, it does the pot dance. If you have any other type of stove top I would recommend these pans. If you have an electric glass-top stove I'd go with something else.

Wow! I'm a busy mom and wife and I cook 3 meals a day, including entertaining in our home often. If I had only known! Cooking with the new Unison collection is how cooking (and clean up) was meant to be. Dishes come out evenly cooked with ease and the clean up is a breeze. Everything just wipes away. I'm a convert.

This pan is the best non-stick pan I've used in a while. I'm so used to having to use a lot of butter, oil or nonstick cooking spray when I cook, it was refreshing to have my food slide right out of the pan without having to use all that. It is the right size for most of your everyday cooking. I do think it's a little too thin for high heat cooking, but otherwise it is quite versatile. The best part - easy clean-up!

I've ditched my old trusty square griddle for this pan and haven't looked back! From breakfast favorites like French Toast and pancakes -- this pan delivers! Wonderful to use, great size and perfect heat distribution. Simply cannot ask for any better. We even took it one step further and used it for a Baked Apple Pancake and this pan transitioned from stove-top to oven seamlessly -- and the baked pancake was amazing!
This griddle has also been seen on the stove-top with fried rice, stir fry veggies and even Vegetarian BBQ Taco's! This pan has become a staple in the kitchen - I don't know what I did before it!!

The griddle pan works well for just about anything - I used it for cooking chicken, making a stirfry, sloppy joes, and an egg bake dish. I love that it can go into the oven up to 500 degrees. This pan is very versatile and is a good size for just about everything. It's non stick feature makes for an easy clean up.

I am so happy with my new 12" Round Griddle pan. My husband loves egss for breakfast but cannot have them because of cholesterol problems. Because of this I use Eggbeaters to make him scrambled eggs on the weekends. This egg white mixture leaves a film on every skillet that I have and requires a soaking in dish soap and hot water.
That is until now!! I used this pan on Saturday for the 1st time and was shocked at how easily the eggs scrambled and how easily the pan was to clean. The best part was I was able to put it in the dishwasher that night and use it again the next morning. Even after a few washes now the nonstick still works great!

Early in our marriage, my husband and I, had the worst arguments about cooking eggs, . He just could not cook a sunny side up egg with out a broken yoke and crispy edges. Sunday morning he made me breakfast. For the first time in 23 years of marriage, he got it right, eggs sunny side up and cooked just right with out any crispy brown edges and the yoke were intact. He said the eggs just slide right out of the pan. I would recomment this pan to everyone. It just proves the right tool used gets the right results and the 12" Slide Grill would be one of the best wedding gifts to give to a newly married couple.

I love that this pan is dishwasher safe, which saves me time in my busy day. I made eggs yesterday morning with this pan and it controlled the temperature well. I also like that it is very lighweight. The directions said non stick cooking spray should not be used, which is ok with me since I hardly ever use it, but may be a problem for some.

Since grilled cheese sandwiches and pancakes are favorites of our preschoolers, we use this griddle at some point almost every day. The surface cooks very evenly and is extremely easy to clean. I just got my Calphalon 12" nonstick griddle on Saturday. On Sunday I made my famous French Toast. Usually I use several tablespoons of butter to fry the french toast. To test the non stick of my new griddle, I just barely swiped the bottom with the butter then added my thick slices of egg soaked bread. They came out beautifully browned and wonderfully yummy. No sticking at all! I am totally impressed!
Since then I have also made hash browned potatoes - agin, much less oil, and no sticking, which is a problem I have always had with my potatoes, even in a non stick pan. Thank you!

I love this non-stick griddle!!! I have used it to make grilled cheese and ham sandwiches, an omlete, and to cook a salmon filet! The food cooked perfectly and did not stick. Cleaning was effortless and quick!

I was excited when I opened my box and found this pan inside, the cooking possibilities are endless! I cook every day and my pans are something that need to hold up through all the mess. This pan lived up to the description, I tried making really sticky foods and the Griddle made it so nothing stuck to it.
When I washed the pan everything came off really easily, a washcloth with soap did the trick. I appreciate that this pan has a longer handle then most other pans that I use. It is durable and is now my go to pan of choice.
The only downfall is that there was not a lid included.

My family LOVES breakfast for dinner! I have three growing boys and a hard working husband, so they eat a LOT! I usually cook two pounds of bacon and at least a dozen eggs when cooking for my crew! The eggs cooked beautifully and voila did NOT stick to the pan anywhere! I used my 12' Grill Pan to cook the bacon too and WOW did it do a great job and SUPER FAST too! LOVE my new Unison Pans!!!

I recieved this griddle in the mail and within seconds of arrival my 2-year-old had dumped a jar of coins into the pot and started to shake......I am happy to report there wasn't a scratch on it.
It work great. I have used for eggs and pancakes and was surprised at how little I needed oil/butter to avoid sticking-nothing stuck at all.
I also heated a pasta dish with cheese and again no sticking of the cheese at all.
Cleanup was a breeze.....overall great griddle, durable and easy cleaning.

There is nothing worse than getting all excited when you about to try out a new recipe or have people over and while you are right in the zone of cooking......you have to scrape off the bottom and stand over your pan and watch to make sure you do not burn anything because it sticks so badly!!!!! I love love love my calphalon products and now I am excited and look forward to cooking my crepes in the morning :-)

I was so excited to try this new griddle, but it was warped just enough it would not lay flat on my glass cook top. I could look from eye level and see light between half the pan and the cook top. Thus, the Calphalon pan did not heat and I had to move my pancakes to my Circulon pan. The non-stick surface seems wonderful, but I will have to find a friend with a traditional electric or gas stove which is more forgiving of warped pans.

I used this pan to make pancakes for breakfast and it worked great! Since it is such a big pan i was able to fit at least 6 kid sized pancakes in there at once. When those were done i wiped it clean with a paper towel and made eggs in there...scrammbled on one side of the pan and over-easy on the other side. I would definately recommend these to anyone! I love how easy they are to clean, i love the size, and i've learned to trust a Calphalon product!

This is my first time cooking in Calphalon. The meat browned evenly and my sauce simmered to perfection. I appreciate that the construction is sturdy...so many of my pans are simply fastened with one screw which over time strips out and you're left with a wobbly handle. My mother uses ONLY Calphalon and I now see why.

I just love this pan. There is so much I can do with it and it is so easy to use and clean. I made panini sandwiches for lunch and sauteed salmon for dinner! One of the best features is the size. I can fit so much food in this pan.

Overall, I like this pan a lot. It heated evenly heated and the non-stick surface lived up to its expectations. I only wish that A: it had a helper handle (it's a 12 inch pan after all!) and B: it could have heated up a little faster. It seemed to take a fairly long time to heat up. Once hot, though, it held the heat well and cooked everything very evenly, so it's not a huge complaint.

I'm a personal chef who cooks A LOT of dishes everyday. A nonstick 12" griddle is something I can not live without. This one works like a dream - it caramelized onions without any sticking or burning. Normally when I fry my cheesy polenta I have to scrub like crazy to get the pan clean. This pan cleans right up, saving me valuable time and keeping a smile on my face.

Super slick pan - love how my morning eggs just slide right out of the pan. It's almost too big - which is a little annoying in the morning when I'm just serving 1, but will be fabulous when I'm making pancakes for everyone!
