I needed to find a pan that would cook egg betters with no oil or cooking spray. I it is wonderful thing when you can cook with no oil !!!

Since I bought this pan, I have become a good cook, according to my husband and teenage sons! No more burning or drying out of meats, everything is able to get a perfect sear. Everything from pancakes to chicken marsala has turned out perfectly. This Unison line is awesome - it really does live up to its hype!

I have been using this for almost a year and it is still like brand new. It does not stick like some do I have a 14" pan like this that I hate everything sticks to it so I just use this one.
