Incredibly useful pan for me. I love the small handles, just makes for more space on the stovetop and in the oven. I've used it for frying eggs to searing meats and it has worked beautifully. I've not had any issues with sticking.

This skillet is great for anything I choose to do to make dinner. I love the handles because they don't impede my space on the stove. The skillet cleans up beautifully. It is a must in my kitchen.

I have a feeling that this pan is going to be the go-to pan for most food projects. I fried chicken in it for my first use and the chicken turned out great. The chicken was moist and tender on the inside, with the outside having the traditional crispy, browned crust on it. There were ample pieces of browned bits left in the bottom of the pan to make home made gravy with. I am looking forward to making other comfort food meals with this pan.
