I've used this for turkeys, but it also works as a great way to cook ribs, roasts, and other meats perfectly. Really easy to use and keep clean.

I love this pan for several reasons. I like it becuase it allows all the fat to drip off your food and because you can use it later to make gravy. I use the pan to roast chicken and to make pulled pork. I like placing my pork on the roasting rack so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.

This and the 17 inch stainless steel roasting pans are the best roasting pans I've ever owned. Industrial strength (multi-ply) ensures even roasting and no warping. I roast at very high temperatures for 10 minutes then reduce heat for the rest of the roasting time. Hint: Don't use the rack, instead use a couple of carrots and stalks of celery to keep meat off the bottom of the pan...makes a huge difference in flavor and very easy cleanup. Love these pans!
