I am a very experienced shopper and always seek out the best products. I have never been excited about a set of cooking pans before, but I love these hard anodized pans. They sear great and clean easily. I have fourteen of these hard anodized, and use them often. They still look new! Oh, the prices here are also the best!

The Calphalon One 5-quart saute pan I bought 3 months ago no longer exists. I love the pan, and it makes the food taste delicious. I am an accomplished veggie chef, and my meals taste better than with the non-stick pans I have used in the past. The only problem I have had with the pan is when soy protein stuck to it (I had the heat up too high), so I used a metal spatula (this was supposed to be okay with this pan). Metal can scrape ANYTHING, and the one time I used the metal spatula, it left two minor scratches in the pan. So far the scratches have not affected cooking and do not cause sticking, but I would never use a metal utensil with this pan again.
