I received this slow cooker as a wedding gift and immediately fell in love with it. Unfortunately, the ceramic pot got a small crack in it. I purchased a replacement pot online, only to find that it doesn't fit very well in the cooker.
The original lid doesn't fit correctly, causing significant air to come in and out of the pot. The pot itself doesn't fit well with the electric cooker and almost wables a bit inside.
I verified that I had the right slow cooker model (Item # 1779208) to match the ceramic replacement pot. I'm not sure why, but they definitely don't make their replacement pots the same size/dimensions as the one that comes with the slow cooker upon purchase.
Pretty disappointed.
