Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 12" Omelette
Perfect flips, and no flops! Calphalon’s Contemporary Nonstick omelette pans feature a thick, flat, wide bottom for quick, even heating and cooking with little to no oils. My husband and I purchased this pan 8 months ago and we use it for EVERYTHING. I cook a lot at home, so at a minimum we use the pan once a day. So far, there have been no issues with peeling like others have reported. I know it has only been a few months, but since we use it so often I feel we have gotten good bang for our buck. Our old fry pan was a cheap one from Kohl's, and that only lasted 3 months. The old pan NEVER sat flat on our cooktop, so everything would shift to one side of the pan. Not the issue with our Calphalon, it sits flat and cooks evenly. Plus, there is a lifetime warranty on these pans as long as you take care of them properly... pretty good deal!

Food does not cook evenly and the pan is warping. We have had since April and only use it on some Sundays. I am not satified with the pans. Not worth all the money.

I pretty well use this pan for everything I fry. The omlettes I make now turn out just the way you would like. They slide right out of the pan & with a really nice color.

These pans do not last. After a year or so, they start peeling their coating. I'm a big Calphalon fan (I bought the whole tri-ply set) but the nonstick pans are not worth it specially for the price. I'm looking at other brands now.

this pan I have yet to use oil or butter to cook with. Every time i clean it nothing sticks I have other non stick pans that well do not preform like my claphalon . I have made candied bacon in this pan with no problem with sticking and just wiped it clean with warm water and soap.

I received this pan for a shower gift. It is my FAVORITE shower gift. I use this pan for EVERYTHING!!! At minimum, I use it every weekend to make breakfast for my family. I totally recommend this item to any one. You will not be disappointed!

We purchased these approx. 3 years ago (5 total) and have alternated use. A few months ago the centers were becoming jagged and we were having trouble using even our plastic (not even wooden--had never used metal) cooking instruments to cook with on these pans. Soon after, the centers of all of them blistered and started peeling apart/off. Very frustrating when you see the black parts of your pan in your eggs--especially for my 3 young children. Hopefully the product "won't stick" to our intestines. Pans didn't live up to the hype of Calphalon and haven't endured well! Contrary to the product description, this pan IS a flop.

My husband and I received this as a gift 3 yrs ago. We loved it until I recently noticed some blistering in the middle of the pan. Tonight my husband managed to peel off all of the teflon on the pan because the blistering had broken (and was probably getting into our food)
