As stated this is the first time I've ever bought calphalon as cookware. Just always seemed out of my price range at the time. Well for my birthday my room mate bought this set for me. He was tired of scrubbing out the old copper bottom stainless steel set that I had and cooked with regularly for years. So with us moving we decided to get this set, and we could not have been happier. I use less oil and no butter now when I cook and everything seems to taste better, let alone the presentation of the food I make is so much better. He couldn't be happier about the fact it only takes minutes to clean instead of hours of soaking.

These pots and pans are great, I love them. They cook food evenly and clean up easily. I've had mine for about 6 months and they still look and perform like they were brand new.

This has to be one the best days of my life,
I found a GREAT cookware set in the Calphalon cookware set I just purchased
for by new range, I wanted something special,
and this so easy to use, and even better to
clean than any brand I have ever used!!!
Gets my A1 rating hands down!

I've had these pans for 7 years, and the 2 frying pans started to flake after 1 year. They mark-up easily, even when using the proper utensils. They seem to be very well made, other than this. I've since bought another frying pan for much cheaper that has upheld better. I just don't think they're worth the money. You can get just as good of a non-stick set for much less.

I have enjoyed cooking everything from omelets to soups in my new Calphalon pans. Very even heat and VERY easy cleanup. I do find that the sizes in this set are a bit small so am slowly adding to my collection. I think I'm gonna need a bigger drawer!

Having used this cookware for a reasonable period of time now, I have to say, overall, I am pleased with my choice. The "Sear" pans do a good job of browning and the "Slide" ones actually do slide. I had let my old non-sticks go way too long without replacing them and forgot the joy of actual non-stick cookware. I've also been pleased with the results of washing them in the dishwasher, which I would have bet against.
I really appreciated the green/recycle program, too. While it wasn't fun packing and toting the old ones, your process made it as easy as possible. If all of my recycling were that simple I wouldn't mind at all.

I love the ease at which I can clean up these pans as long as I follow the instructions. These pans absolutely do not have anything stick. Love them!

My husband and I received this set as part of wedding registry and I have loved it for two years now! It cleans up super well and as a newlywed I loved the recipes that came with each pan. I would recommend it to anyone stocking their kitchen!
