I bought the 12 qt. as a birthday present to myself and my wife and I both love it. It looks so good on the stovetop I hate to put it back in the pantry and it performs better than any stockpot I've ever owned. Even heat, easy to clean and the glass lid is great for monitoring without having to lift the lid. Gamble when you come to visit us ... not when you buy something you use everyday... get this one !
