I purchased a set of Simply Calphalon three years ago. At the same time my daughter purchase the heavier commercial set. Both sets have proven to be inferior. The skillets in my set have warped; the "non-stick" covering in both sets, which has never been touched with any but recommended utensils is deteriorated and is literally peeling off some of the pieces in less than a year of use. Some of the rivets are loosening so the handles rattle. The "safe for non-stick cookware utensils" leave much to be desired as well, as they soften and melt when hot. The spoons are not strong enough to stir heavy ingredients without distorting or even breaking at the neck. I would gladly return this cookware for a refund.

I received my set of cookware just three days ago and I just love these pans! I have cooked hamburg,eggs,oatmeal, and speghetti sauce and the clean up was so easy.

In July 2011 purchased 10 pc Unison set + 1 qt pan w/lid and a 10 in Everyday pan. After 18 months of use I am enormously happy with this cookware. It heats evenly, cooks with less oil/fat and browns well when desired. Clean up is easy with the worst case "burnt on foods" just needing to soak in plain water for a little bit. My gauge is that I continue to wash each pan by hand (dishwasher not recommended) and don't mind. As a man who has been the chief homemaker for over 40 years willingly washing by hand is a mark of respect. I got mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond and praise their service as well. This is the best cookware I've ever owned and I recommend it highly.

These pots/pans are so nice. They work like they say they do, and feel/look like they should cost a lot more. I like the clean lines/look of the cookware, simple yet still beautiful. After looking at other sets from Paula Dean to T-Fal, I decided to still purchase these even though they were a little more money. These seem like they will last a lot longer because you can tell the construction is better, so it's worth the price.

I feel that this set has all of the essential pieces, but I am not thrilled with the way that they are made. I have only been using this set for approximately 7 months, and I follow all of the care and cleaning recommendations. However, the handle on the skillet has already fallen off- very frustrating since the set is so new.

I have found this cookware to heat very evenly, handles stay cool and clean-up is a breeze. My only concern is that the outside surfaces get scratched/marred very easily despite how very careful I am in use and storage. I would still recommend this product because the benefits outweigh the surface issue.

This is the best set of pans that I have ever purchased. I love the non stick feature, and the fact that the handles do not get hot. When we moved to our new house last year, I started using a gas stove, and coming from an electric, I burnt my hand every time I cooked with my stainless steel pans. No more burnt hands. I would definitely recommend any Calphalon product to anyone that asks.

The cookware itself is excellent (as always). If you take proper care, the nonstick surface lasts a long time. We have very hard water, though, so sometimes it's difficult to get the pieces clean without leaving spots.
As far as the set goes, I really wish it came with an 8" pan, too. It was included in a previous set of Calphalon cookware we had and we used it more than any other piece. I really miss it with this set.

I have never had a set of pots and pans that I enjoyed cooking in. My husband and I ate out more than we cooked at home due to the fact we both have back problems. It is a hassel for either of us to stand over a stove for long periods of time, and later to clean up.
We purchased this set about a month ago and it has saved our backs from alot of pain because it cuts our cooking time in half!
We love them and would highly recommend them!

I absolutely love my set of Calphalon cookware. When it says it's non-stick, they mean it! It's just simply the best and easy cleaning. I am a very satisfied customer.

I really enjoy using these pots and pans. They are truly amazing. They heat evenly and you don't have to add extra calories with oil. Be sure to use wooden utensils on them so the nonstick coating stays in tact.
