The pans are fantastic. They are easy to clean and wonderful to cook with. The lids retain water between the glass and the rim after washing. You have to wick out the moisture or they drip back into the pans. Also, the heat covering on the handle needs to extend down a little more.

The hard-anodized aluminum construction sounds great, however, you cannot wash this pan in your dishwasher- doing so destroys the finish and voids any warranty. Hand washing these Simply Calphalon pans is a major inconvenience; had I known I couldn't put them in the dishwasher, I would not have bought them.
